MailChannels Error: Message Blocked

What is the MailChannels “Message Blocked” Error?

The MailChannels “Message Blocked” error happens when your email has been detected as spammy or malicious, even though you’ve sent a legitimate email.

As discussed on “What is MailChannels and what are MailChannels Errors?” we protect your email accounts using MailChannels. MailChannels protects your email recipients from spam or malicious emails. However, there are times when your emails are mistakenly tagged as “spammy” or “malicious,” and that’s when you might get a “Message Blocked” error.

When this happens, we will coordinate with MailChannels and help unblock your email for you.

Please submit a report to [email protected] with the following details:

  • Date when the message was sent
  • Time when the message was sent (in GMT +8, Singapore Standard Time/SGT)
  • Your authenticated username or the problematic email address
  • Sender email address (the ‘FROM’ address)
  • Recipient email address (the ‘TO’ address)
  • Error message
  • Email subject

We will then let you know when the error has been fixed, and you can then continue to enjoy using your CLDY-powered email!
