If you have stored sensitive information in a MySQL database, it&#8217;s important that you back it up so that it can be restored in case of any mishaps.<\/p>\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t set up automatic backups yet, here\u2019s how you can do so with phpMyAdmin.<\/p>\n<p>1. Log in to your cPanel.<br \/>\nIf you can\u2019t recall your cPanel login URL, you can simply use this template:<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0178ff;\">https:\/\/yourwebsitename.com:2083<\/span><br \/>\nOr simply add <strong>:2083<\/strong> after your website URL.<\/p>\n<p>2. For the export method, click on the <strong>Custom<\/strong> option.
