Some of these may be advertisements, promotions, or totally random emails that are not essential to you or to your business. But at times, there are emails that get tagged as spam even when they are not supposed to. And so, it is important that you know how to manage these filters to make sure that you get the emails you are supposed to receive, and filter out those that you don\u2019t need.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>How To Modify Your Junk Email Settings In Outlook?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take note that this process applies to email servers running on Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 or 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From your Outlook Web App, click on <\/span><b>Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6884\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cldy.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/03\/junk-email-outlook_settings.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"44\" height=\"43\" \/><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on <\/span><b>Mail<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Options<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and go to <\/span><b>Block or allow<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These are the settings you can modify for your junk email:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Don\u2019t move email to my Junk Email folder<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: If you allow this option, all emails will be delivered to your inbox, and junk email filtering will be turned off.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Automatically filter junk email<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Turning on this setting will set a junk email filter on top of your server\u2019s current settings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Safe Senders and Recipients<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Add emails here to make sure that you receive their messages.
