What Is Whitelisting?<\/b><\/h2>\n

Whitelisting is a type of spam filtering wherein you tag email addresses and domains to make sure you <\/span>receive<\/span><\/i> their messages.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

While we have our own filters for you to customize via <\/span>SpamAssassin<\/span><\/a>, we know you want that additional security when you have your emails linked to another platform. So, let us show you how to do whitelisting in Office365.<\/span><\/p>\n

How To Whitelist In Office365?<\/b><\/h2>\n

  1. Log in to Office365.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on <\/span>Admin<\/b>.
    \n\"\"<\/span><\/span>
    \n<\/span>Under Admin Centers<\/b>, go to Security<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. On the next page, click on <\/span>Threat policies<\/b>.
    \n\"\"<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Next, go to <\/span>Anti-spam<\/b>.
    \n\"\"<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Then click on <\/span>Anti-spam inbound policy (Default)<\/b>.
    \n\"\"
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Scroll towards the bottom and select <\/span>Edit allowed and blocked senders and domains<\/b>.
    \n\"\"<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Under <\/span>Allowed<\/b>, select either <\/span>Senders<\/b> or <\/span>Domains<\/b>.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • For adding senders<\/b>\n
        \n
      • Click <\/span>Senders<\/b> from the selection above, and select <\/span>Add Senders<\/b>.<\/span>

      • On the next window, type in the email address you want to add to your whitelist, and hit <\/span>Enter<\/b> on your keyboard. The email address should appear right below the textbox.

      • Then click on <\/span>Add senders<\/b>.

          • Type in the domain (no need to add the entire address) and hit <\/span>Enter<\/b>. The domain will be visible under the textbox.
