Your IMAP configured email lets you access your inbox whichever device you are using. For Windows users, the Outlook application helps you in managing your emails so you can simply have them stored in one place.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Launch Outlook.

  2. From the top-right menu, click on File<\/strong>.

    On this screen, under Info<\/em>, click on Add Account<\/strong>.

  3. Type in your IMAP email on the new window that will pop-up.

    To set up your IMAP configurations, you will need to click on the Advanced options<\/strong> dropdown. Tick the checkbox that will appear saying Let me set up my account manually<\/strong>.

    You can now click Connect<\/strong>.

  4. On the Advanced setup <\/em>page, select IMAP<\/strong>.

    You will be taken to the IMAP Account Settings<\/em> page, where you will need to type in the following information:

    Incoming mail<\/strong>
    Server: mail.gocloudwebpage.com<\/span>\u00a0(replace gocloudwebpage.com with your domain)<\/em>
    Port: 993
    Encryption method: SSL\/TLS
    [Check the box Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)<\/span>]

    Outgoing mail<\/strong>
    Server: mail.gocloudwebpage.com<\/span> (replace gocloudwebpage.com with your domain)<\/em>
    Port: 465
    Encryption method: SSL\/TLS
    [Check the box Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)<\/span>]

    Fill in these details as your default CLDY IMAP webmail configuration, and click on Next<\/strong>.\u00a0

    Note: You will be prompted to enter your password if the Require logon\u2026 boxes are checked.<\/em>

  5. This window will now say \u201cAccount successfully added\u201d, and you can click on Done<\/strong>.

    As you go to your Outlook Home page, your IMAP configured email should appear on the left-hand side.
